All our products are made of 100% Bamboo viscose obtained from the pulp of the bamboo plant and without mixing with other microfibers.
The sateen weave and 300 Thread Counts of the fabric are optimum for superior softness and comfort. In addition, the 300 threads of bamboo are superior to the 1200 threads of Egyptian cotton in breathability and durability.
The bamboo yarns used for all our collections are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified for the absence of harmful substances.

The bamboo pillowcases made of bamboo fabric are as beneficial to the haircare as silk or more, thanks to a number of natural properties:
Because the bamboo fabric is so smooth and is not a conductor for static electricity, your hair slides much better against the sheets and without friction during sleep. Compared to other fabrics like cotton, bamboo does not absorb all the moisture of your hair so you don't wake up with tangle, dehydrated or frizzy hair. The bamboo pillowcases are recommended especially for curly or damaged hair.
The duvet covers and fitted sheets sizes are manufactured based on the size of the mattress or bed. At the moment we are manufacturing bedding suited for 3 bed sizes: 150 x 200cm, 160 x 200cm and 180 x 200cm.
For the duvet covers we wanted to provide a longer and elegant bedside drape. Based on the size of the mattress for the duvet covers we have considered 25cm extra on the head of the bed and 40cm extra on each side of the bed.
The fitted sheets are available in the 3 bed sizes mentioned above and we considered the height of the mattress of up to 25cm. The elastic bands of the fitted sheet provide a good hold to the mattress.
Our bamboo fabric can be machine washed at 30º with a delicate/gentle cycle. Ideally use mild, liquid and bleach-free detergent. You do not need conditioner or softener; as they're already soft and with natural anti-odor properties.
You can tumble dry low or delicate/gentle cycle at at 30º but we recommend to hang dry in a well ventilated space to minimize wrinkles. They dry fast due to the breathability property of the bamboo fabric.
Iron at low temperature or steam. Easy iron fabric. For stuborn wrinkles, better to spray a bit of water or steam. Do not press the iron too strong.
We accept all important credit cards payments: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and also PayPal. We do not accept at the moment payments with American Express, Bizum, ApplePay or Amazon Pay.
We only charge the payment to your account after the order is confirmed and shipping is initiated.
We are processing all refunds as soon as possible but they can take up to 15 business days. Remember your banck or credit card company, that was used to make the purchase, can take more days to process and post the refund on your account. The refunds are made thourgh same payment method of the purchase and once the return of the product was completed successfuly.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

There is a very short window of time, sometimes hours, from the moment you completed your order and we start processing it for shipping. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or modify an order already made by emailing us at customercare@bessessentials.com, including the order number in the subject line and URGENT CANCELATION/CHANGE.
If you have not yet received a notification that your order is being prepared for shipping, we will do our best to make the required changes as soon as possible. If we already initiated the shipping and handed over to our delivery courier, then we will not be able modify the order or cancel it. In this case you can request for the return once you receive the order, and we will refund the costs for the product but not the shipping costs. Please read more about our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges policy.
You will receive notifications at all times at the email address you provided to us: when an order is created, when is being prepared for shipping or when is being shipped.
We have available Standard delivery in 3 - 5 business days or Express delivery in 1 - 3 business days, from the moment you receive confirmation of the order. During busy season or due to events outside of our control (or our courier) like strikes etc, delivery time might be extended.
Delivery costs are confirmed at the moment of the purchase of the product.
Clients making an order and registering their email address will receive email notifications with the status of their order delivery.
There will be two delivery attempts at the shipping address given by the client when making the order. After the second attempt, the order will be deposited at a service point to be picked up. If not picked up it will automatically be returned to our warehouse and you can request for a refund of the product price you paid. Please contact us at customercare@bessessentials.com to request for a refund.
We can ship for the moment to Spain mainland territory and Balear Islands. For delivery to other locations you can contact us at customercare@bessessentials.com.
If you got the wrong colour or size, no worries you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange of the unused product. For exchanges you have to perform a return of the article you want to exchange and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Original delivery costs are non-refundable, except in case of defects or wrong article.
To request for return and refund
a) you can contact us at customercare@bessessentials.com or via our Contact page with your order number in the subject line; or
b) you can request the refund from your Account page on the online store. You have to have a registred account to be able to use this option. Log in to your account with your authentification data and select the article or order you would like to return along with the reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Normally all returns will be completed and confirmed within 7 business days from the moment we confirm your return request. But it can last up to 15 business days dependign on delivery courier.
